Tam Holman qualified with a ceramics degree in 1994 where she went on to teach pottery in America for a year. On her return she was funded by the Prince's Trust to set up her own studio.

Mainly concentrating in Pit fired ceramics, she went on to manage The Devon Guild of Craftsman for 12 years where she gained many skills.

Recently Tam set up her studio in her garden in Doddiscombsleigh in the Teign Valley, near Exeter, & Tink's Pottery' began, Tam makes hand thrown red earthenware domestic ceramics with influence of the South Hams coast.
