We aim to post items within 3-14 working days. In some cases items may be made to order so delivery time may vary, but if this is the case, we will let you know immediately.

We will email you with shipping updates so you know when to look out for your exciting delivery from us!

For postage, we use recycled padded envelopes and boxes and even our bubble wrap is kindly donated to us!

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase or there is issue with the item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt and we will endeavour to resolve any issues as soon as we can.
